Samsung Biologics is a contract development and manufacturing organisation that provides CMO and CDO services to global pharmaceutical and biotech companies, with production capacity in Incheon and the United States. Founded in 2011, it listed on the KOSPI in 2016. It spun off a subsidiary in 2025 to focus purely on CDMO work and acquired a GSK subsidiary in 2026 to gain a US production base.
