About
Hyosung is the holding company of its group, managing and investing in stakes in subsidiaries. Founded in 1966 and listed in 1973, it became a holding company in 2019. In 2025 it took over a tank terminal business from a group chemical company, part of an effort to rely less on affiliate dividends and generate steadier cash flow.
