Hanjin KAL is a holding company whose main subsidiaries are an airline with 165 aircraft, which also runs an aerospace business, and a logistics firm handling parcel delivery, global logistics and energy. Other subsidiaries run hotels and manage buildings. It was split off from the airline in 2013 and listed on the KOSPI the same year.
