About
KT was founded in 1981 to run information and communications businesses and listed on the KOSPI in 1998. It provides wireless, high-speed internet and IPTV services and has diversified into finance, satellite broadcasting, real estate, music platforms, commerce and cloud. It has 78 consolidated subsidiaries and reorganized its group in 2026, creating a new media broadcasting unit and merging another subsidiary.
