SeAH Besteel Holdings was founded in 1955 to make and sell special steel, listed on the KOSPI in 1991 and joined its current group in 2003. After spinning off its operating business in 2022, it became a pure holding company. Its main subsidiaries make carbon and alloy special steels, stainless steel wire rods, bars and pipes, and high-strength aluminum alloys for aerospace and defence.
