Hanwha Vision runs security and industrial equipment businesses: the security division provides global video security solutions built on optical design and image processing technology, and the industrial equipment division makes SMT equipment, semiconductor equipment and machine tools. It was created in 2024 through a spin-off from a Hanwha group company, and in 2025 it merged with the former Hanwha Vision to run the security business directly as an operating holding company.
