Sphere centres on a supply chain for special alloys for the space industry and also runs special minerals, digital AI healthcare, health supplement and smart medical device businesses. It set up a Singapore subsidiary, Sphere Nickel Cobalt Pte. Ltd., and in 2025 signed a deal to buy a 10% stake in Indonesia's ENC Project to secure raw materials.
