About
Kolmar Korea develops and manufactures cosmetics for client brands on an ODM basis. Through subsidiaries it also sells prescription drugs, including infusion solutions, runs a health and beauty business and makes cosmetics containers. It was split off from its former parent in 2012, and in the first half of 2026 it bought a 99.46% stake in another company, making it a consolidated subsidiary.
