Misto Holdings owns the global FILA trademark and business rights, secured through a 2007 LBO. Its Misto unit holds fashion brands such as FILA and Alife, while Acushnet holds golf brands including Titleist and FootJoy. Founded in 1991 to make and sell textiles, clothing, footwear and golf equipment, it became a holding company through a 2020 spin-off and took its current name in 2025.
