Hyundai Department Store operates 13 department stores, 10 outlets and 2 duty-free shops, and its furniture manufacturing segment makes mattresses and furniture. It was set up in 2002 through a spin-off of a holding company's department store business and added furniture manufacturing through a 2022 stake acquisition. It is focusing on premium spending and experience-based stores and plans new store openings from 2027.
